I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you forgot your account password, you can request a password reset instructions via the web app and mobile app. On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your Ventory user account and you will receive an email with instructions to rest your password. Simply follow the instructions to create a new password, and you’ll be able to access your account once again.

To reset your password on the mobile app, chose “Forgot Password”. It can happen the password reset email to be caught by the spam filters and not make it to your inbox. If you find that you are not getting the emails or are having issues with resetting your password, please send an email to support@ventory.io or raise a support ticket through our web page.
